Cancellation Policy

Bootcamp/Classes

Due to small class sizes and the demand of our classes, our bootcamp and class cancellation refund policy is as follows: Payment is due at the time of registration. If you cancel before three weeks, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellation thereafter you will receive a credit to use at another time. For payments made using a credit card, the transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

Tutoring

Life is busy and unpredictable; cancellations are inevitable. However, we do require 24 hour notice of all cancellations of tutoring or class sessions. If a cancellation for a tutoring session occurs within less than 24 hours, there will be a full session charge. It is difficult to fill a cancelled session unless we know at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel via email at luacademy1@gmail.com or call us at 331-704-0848. Cancelled sessions can be made up within the month.
